Los Términos de servicio vinculantes se aceptan en el portal de usuario antes de Lanzar / Reanudar el bot: casilla «Acepto» + firma con la wallet de autocustodia (evidencia criptográfica guardada por el Operador).

El texto canónico vigente (versión y hash SHA-256) es el que muestra el popup al firmar. Resumen orientativo a continuación — prevalece la versión firmada.

1. Información general

1. CRYPTO JAARVIS es un servicio automatizado de trading con dos motores: mean-reversion XMR/BTC en KuCoin y scalper BTC/USDC en MEXC.
2. Los resultados pasados no garantizan resultados futuros.
3. El capital permanece en la cuenta del usuario en el exchange, salvo el % de comisión sobre beneficio.

Modelo operativo (descripción)

CRYPTO JAARVIS es un proyecto de comunidad, autofinanciado y basado en Web3. El Operador no reside en Europa. No se custodian fondos ni claves privadas de wallets: no hay cambio de custodia; el capital de trading permanece en la cuenta del usuario en el exchange. No se opera una plataforma de negociación ni se emite un criptoactivo en el sentido de los Títulos II, III o IV del Reglamento (UE) 2023/1114. El usuario puede parar el bot y revocar las API keys en el exchange. Las API keys las aporta el usuario para operar en su propia cuenta; no equivalen a claves privadas de wallet ni a una cesión de custodia.

2. Riesgos (el usuario los conoce y asume)

1. Riesgo de pérdida parcial o total de fondos.
2. Las criptomonedas fluctúan; el valor en FIAT puede variar de forma impredecible.
3. El usuario es responsable de las pérdidas derivadas del uso del bot.
4. Fondos entre BTC/XMR (KuCoin) y USDC/BTC (MEXC) según operativa.

3. Uso legítimo

Prohibido uso ilícito, elusión de fees o abuso técnico. El Operador puede suspender el servicio.

4. Sin garantías

Software «tal cual». Sin garantía de rentabilidad.

5. Seguridad

El Operador no custodia fondos ni claves privadas de wallets. El usuario puede parar el bot y revocar las API keys. La firma con wallet acredita la aceptación de los Términos.

6. Coste

Sin cuota fija. Comisión solo sobre el beneficio de cada ciclo (modelo del portal / referidos).

7. Aceptación

Sin marcar «Acepto» y firmar con la wallet del portal, no se puede poner en marcha el Bot IA desde la cuenta de usuario.

Operating model (description)

CRYPTO JAARVIS is a community, self-funded, Web3-based project. The Operator does not reside in Europe. Funds and wallet private keys are not custodied: there is no change of custody; trading capital remains in the user’s exchange account. The Operator does not run a trading platform or issue a crypto-asset within the meaning of Titles II, III or IV of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. The user may stop the bot and revoke exchange API keys. API keys are supplied by the user so the bot can trade on their own account; they are not wallet private keys and are not a transfer of custody.

2. Risks

Crypto trading can lead to partial or total loss. Prices fluctuate vs FIAT. You assume losses from using the bot.

3. Lawful use

No illicit use, fee evasion or technical abuse. The Operator may suspend the service.

4. No warranties

Software “as is”. No guaranteed returns.

5. Fees

No fixed fee. Product fee only on cycle profit (portal / referral model).

6. Acceptance

Without “I accept” and wallet signature, the bot cannot be started from the user portal.

Perte possible de fonds ; volatilité crypto / FIAT. L’utilisateur assume les pertes.

3. Acceptation

Sans case cochée et signature wallet, le bot ne peut pas démarrer depuis le portail utilisateur.

Der Nutzer kann den Bot stoppen und API-Keys widerrufen. API-Keys stellt der Nutzer bereit, damit der Bot auf seinem eigenen Konto handelt; sie sind keine Wallet-Private-Keys und keine Übertragung der Verwahrung.

2. Risiken

Teilweiser oder totaler Verlust möglich; Krypto-Schwankungen vs. FIAT. Nutzer trägt Verluste.

3. Annahme

Ohne Checkbox und Wallet-Signatur kann der Bot im Nutzerportal nicht gestartet werden.
